Rugman is foreign correspondent at Channel 4. He has reported from across the Middle East and North Africa including Syria, Libya and Bahrain. He has also covered stories on Somalia’s famine, the Eurozone crisis and the Haiti earthquake.

Before his current role he was the Washington and Business Correspondent for Channel 4 and previously worked as Turkey correspondent for the BBC and The Guardian.
